Lynnrich seamless siding, windows and doors shares some marketing tips that make their local business a successful one.
We’ve probably all heard the catchy Lynnrich Your Home jingle on the radio. The owner was kind enough to answer some marketing questions to give us some insight into his customer-service oriented approach to running a local Billings business.
What is the one thing most people don’t know about Lynnrich that you wish they did?
We are a seamless siding, window and entry door specialty remodeler, and not a franchise. We are not the worlds largest siding company. We are the worlds hardest working, highest rated, most dependable, and fairest priced. We most likely have done a remodeling project for someone you know and they are happy.
What kinds of things do you do to ensure marketing initiatives work well for your sales team?
We measure as much as possible. We listen to our customers and do our best to respond immediately to their request and interest. Our inside support staff is second to none. They care about the people they work for, “Our customers” and are committed to complete customer satisfaction every time.
What marketing strategy changes have you had to make as your company has grown?
The marketing marketplace has changed drastically in the last 10 years. Things that were our single best advertisement once upon a time are no longer part of our marketing strategy now. We are the most meticulous about making sure we are doing everything in our power to promote complete customer satisfaction every time.
What marketing mistakes do you see most often in other small business?
They don’t take care of the customer. It costs 10 times as much to look for or find a new customer than it does to take care of the one you have now. Do what you say you’re going to do.
What marketing mistakes has your company learned from?
Make sure you’re looking at your marketing through your customers eyes not your own.
What top 3 things do you attribute to your success?
1. Our teams commitment to complete customer satisfaction every time.
2. Insisting on the highest quality products available.
3. We work everyday to be the leader in our area of expertise.
How do you differentiate your company from other competitors in the marketplace?
The very best products.
The very best installation.
The very best warranty/service.
What’s your best marketing tip for other small business owners?
You need to do something different than your competitors to stand-out to your customer.
How is your company using online and social media to advance your marketing goals?
It’s the new yellow pages. When your customer starts looking for you or your services you must be a top option for them.
