Inside Sales Representative

Ultra Graphics is seeking an experienced individual with a proven track record to join our sales team. Individuals must have the ability to provide solutions to our current and prospective customers through a consultative/value-based approach. The ability to maintain and grow their customer base and increase revenue by qualifying customer needs and recommending solutions.

Position Summary

  • Establishing and maintaining value-based relationships with customer
  • Proactively identify new customers and new project opportunities
  • Act as a liaison between customer and organization to communicate job specifications and ensure superior product quality
  • Develop and increase sales with existing customer base
  • Gain a clear understanding of customers’ business and requirements
  • Manage customer product and delivery expectations
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to answer questions and guide customers through product choices and options.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales (preferable in print, advertising or marketing)
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of integrity
  • Ability to sell print products and concepts
  • Entrepreneurial, energetic and self-driven with the ability to meet sales goals
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail oriented with excellent follow through
  • Ability to work with CRM daily
  • Prepare weekly sales reports
