Ultra Graphics is delighted to announce the appointment of John Walton as our new Vice President of Operations. With a rich background in management, operations, and business development, John is poised to bring a new level of excellence to our team.
From Humble Beginnings to Industry Expertise
John’s journey began in Southeast Colorado, where he grew up ranching and farming with his parents and six older brothers. This upbringing instilled in him a profound work ethic and a deep appreciation for family values. These early lessons have been a cornerstone of his professional career.
John embarked on his career in marketing in 2011, starting with radio sales at KGHL The Mighty 790 and The Northern Ag Network in Billings, MT. His adeptness in marketing led him to a new challenge in 2013 when he became the General Manager of Direct Mail Advertising Services in Billings. Here, John honed his skills in print marketing, setting a strong foundation for his future roles.
A Diverse Career in Operations and Compliance
In 2015, John transitioned into operations with Accelerated Wealth Advisors, LLC in Colorado Springs, CO, as the Director of Business Development. His strategic approach and keen business acumen led to his promotion to Director of Operations in 2019.
In 2022, John expanded his career into the world of compliance, becoming the Director of Compliance at Accelerated Wealth Advisors, LLC where he assisted the Chief Compliance Officer with policy implementation and oversight.
Recent Achievements and Leadership Roles
Most recently, John served as Manager at AW Holdings LLC, overseeing the maintenance of Northgate Pointe Suites rental properties in Colorado Springs, CO and acting as a liaison between tenants and owners. In addition to John’s role at AW Holdings, he also served as President of the Northgate Point Office COA Inc. Board of Directors where he oversaw the Condo Association’s annual operational and maintenance expenses.
A Passion for Life Beyond Work
John married his wife, Erin, in 2007, marking the beginning of a life filled with both personal and professional milestones. The couple welcomed their first set of twins, both girls, in 2012. Their family grew further with the birth of their second set of twins—a boy and a girl—in 2023. Outside of work, John enjoys running, hiking, fishing, hunting, riding horses, and camping. He values spending quality time with his growing family, which adds a fulfilling balance to his life. His well-rounded interests and commitment to a balanced lifestyle complement his professional dedication.
